Please READ this ENTIRE post, as it contains important information regarding this year’s tournament.
Before you read anything else consider this — New tougher laws and enforcement are still happening at Wildwood Beach this year, including a ban on POSSESSION of alcohol. Take this seriously. and IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BACKPACKS / WRISTBAND ENFORCEMENT FOR ALL!
1.CHECK-IN. Friday night is Check-in at the Bolero Resort, Blue Water Grille.
Someone responsible for your team must go, they will need to bring all waivers not signed online and any outstanding money owed. Get all your rosters, waivers, and payments completed NOW. On Friday night, the wi-fi and servers will be bogged down and SLOW. Last-minute changes will not show up in a timely fashion.
FASTPASS is only for teams that have fully paid and completed ALL their waivers online by the deadline. Teams that completed tasks (completely paid, waivers signed) BEFORE Wednesday Midnight EDT qualify for FASTPASS. You don’t sign up for FASTPASS, either your “IN” or “OUT”. Check with the doorman at entrance of BlueWater Grille to determine if your team qualified for FASTPASS.
Checkin Schedule Friday night
o Fast Pass teams – Friday at 8pm -10pm.
o Remaining teams – Friday 9-10pm.
o After 10pm, see below.
- Location: 2nd floor of the Blue Water Grille inside the Bolero Resort, second floor (must be 21+).
- ONLY 1 representative per team allow inside Blue Water Grille 2nd floor
UNDER 21? Check-in, go to Room 324, (motel side far end of pool) From 8:30pm-10:30pm
Can’t make it Friday night? Checkin resumes: Saturday 8:30am at beach HQ on the sand.
- Pause on Refund Requests
Please refrain from any refund requests until AFTER the tournament is completed. We will resume processing of requests AFTER July 29. If you send a request between NOW (July 25) and July 29, We will put you at the end of the request processing list.

- IMPORTANT. WILDWOOD SUMMER ENFORCEMENT of “Enhanced Safety Measures”
Here is the Wildwoods full descriptions of each of the safety measures:
- A 10:00 p.m. curfew for those 18 years and younger will be enforced on the Boardwalk nightly.
- Backpacks are prohibited on the Boardwalk at all times to enhance safety and reduce potential risks.
- Increased law enforcement presence will be visible across the island and on the Boardwalk, including support from city, county, and state agencies.
- Protective bollards have been installed at all Boardwalk entrances to control vehicle access and ensure pedestrian safety.
- Advanced state-of-the-art surveillance cameras have been installed along the full length of the Boardwalk for real-time monitoring.
- Enhanced social media monitoring will be conducted to identify and prevent large youth gatherings and unauthorized “pop-up” parties before they begin.
- Rental property regulations have been updated to limit occupancy and discourage large, unsanctioned parties.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have an agreement with the City of Wildwood. Police will allow those wearing a tournament wristband, to EXIT the BEACH and CROSS the BOARDWALK with your backpack. Please be aware, IMMEDIATELY following the end of the Beach Celebration please exit the beach and boardwalk. DO NOT STRAY, OR HANGOUT with your Backpack on the beach or boardwalk after the end of our beach celebration!
