Hi Participants:

Due to the late date, all requests for refunds will be processed AFTER the tournament.

Requests should be sent via email to:  Please include: Payer name & email used for registration; TEAM NAME; full details regarding request, including team member names & emails.

Note:  we are unable to refund transactions that are past processing.  Those ‘old’ transactions will be refunded by Check.  So, INCLUDE a snail-mail address!
