Wildwood Beach Ultimate is back, and we’re rolling out a few updates to make this year smoother, clearer, and even more fun for the thousands of players who turn the beach into the biggest Ultimate party of the summer. These changes help us keep the event safe, organized, and true to the Wildwood tradition you know and love.
🏷️ Registration Updates
We’re introducing a new tiered registration system with firm price‑change dates. This gives teams a fair shot at the best rates and helps us plan fields, staffing, and logistics with greater accuracy.
2026 Registration Tiers
- BEACH BREEZE (Early Bird) $600-team/$60-player. Feb 14 through March 31, 2026.
- SUNRISE (Standard) $650-team/$65-player. April 1 through May 31, 2026.
- HIGH TIDE (Regular) $700-team/$70-player. June 1 through June 30, 2026.
- FINAL WAVE (Late) $750-team/$75-player. July 1 through July 25, 2026.
Deadlines are fixed so everyone knows exactly where they stand (or layout)
📜 Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)
This is our long‑standing, formally published refund chart. Please review carefully before registering.
- Before 5/31/2026: 100% refund
- 6/1 – 6/30/2026: 50% refund
- 7/1 – 7/14/2026: 25% refund
- After 7/14/2026: No refunds
